ITINERARY
Day 1: Sapa - Cat Cat - Y Linh Ho – Tavan (-, L, D)

Meet your local guide at your hotel in Sapa and begin your trek, leaving the busy town behind. After a short walk, you descend toward Cat Cat village, where you visit a waterfall and a small hydroelectric station.

Continue trekking along a dirt trail through rice terraces and enjoy spectacular scenery while walking beside a narrow river. You arrive at Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong, where you stop for lunch near the river.

After lunch, head into Muong Hoa Valley, passing through Lao Chai village before reaching Ta Van village of the Giay minority.

Overnight at a local homestay. In the evening, you can take a walk around the village or relax by the river.

Day 2: Tavan - Seomity (B, L, D) 

After breakfast, begin your trek with a mostly uphill route. Along the way, you can enjoy panoramic views of the valley whenever you stop to rest.

Before noon, stop at a scenic spot for lunch.

In the afternoon, the trail becomes easier, and the landscape grows even more beautiful as you approach more remote areas. You arrive at Seomity village, home to the Black H’mong.

Overnight in a local house.

Day 3: Seomity – Den Thang - Ta Trung Ho (B, L, D) 

Today’s trek takes you through rice paddies, suspension bridges, and rainforest trails. The path winds through less-traveled areas, offering a more adventurous experience.

Arrive at Den Thang village around midday and stop for lunch near a river or in a local school, depending on weather conditions.

In the afternoon, the trek becomes more challenging with narrow trails going up and down through the mountains. You continue to Ta Trung Ho village of the Red Dao.

Overnight in a local house, where you can enjoy the warm hospitality and unique culture of the Red Dao people.

Day 4: Ta Trung Ho - Nam Toong - Ban Ho – Sapa (B, L, -) 

After breakfast, begin your final trekking day at the edge of the rainforest in the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, home to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina.

You ascend to Nam Toong village of the Red Dao, where lunch will be prepared in a local school or house.

In the afternoon, descend toward Ban Ho village, with an optional stop at a waterfall to relax.

From Ban Ho, your vehicle will transfer you back to Sapa. End of the tour.
