ITINERARY
Phong Nha – Sinh Ton Valley – Hang Vang – Hang E – Phong Nha

00 Meet the guide at the pickup point and transfer to the trekking starting point in Sinh Ton Valley, located in the core area of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

00 After around 45 minutes of travel, arrive at the operation center in Sinh Ton Valley. Here, the guide will give a detailed briefing about the route, safety regulations, and how to use the equipment. Each guest will be provided with drinking water, a helmet, and all necessary gear for the trip. We then begin the 3 km trek through Sinh Ton Valley. The trail passes through lush primary forest, clear streams, and massive limestone formations.

30 Arrive at Hang Vang, a small cave hidden deep in the forest. Although not large, the cave is very impressive, with huge and sparkling stalactites. Explore the inside of the cave, take photos, and learn more about its geological formation. After that, enjoy a light snack and rest at the cave entrance.

30 Leave Hang Vang and continue trekking to Hang E. This section of the route features varied terrain, from gentle trails to light uphill sections.

00 Arrive at the entrance of Hang E, famous for its emerald underground river. Before exploring the cave, guests will have time to rest and enjoy lunch prepared at the cave entrance.

00 After lunch, begin the SUP adventure inside Hang E. This water cave is around 4 km long and is known for its magical beauty, like an underground aquarium. The river inside the cave has a jade-green color that reflects the light beautifully. We will paddle around 1.5 – 2 km into the cave before returning to the entrance. The guide will support the group and ensure safety throughout the experience.

00 After returning to the cave entrance, enjoy free time for swimming in the clear water, relaxing on floating tubes, or simply resting by the cave. This area is also ideal for taking photos, joining water games such as water volleyball, or just enjoying the fresh natural atmosphere.

30 Pack up and begin the 3 km trek back to the pickup point.
