IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Notes for trekking route

  • The trek route to the mountain summit is not too difficult, with an easy-to-follow trail; however, there are several steep sections that can be continuously challenging, ranging from about 100m to 200m.
  • In the summer, the temperature at the foot of the mountain can be quite high, but above 700m, the temperature drops significantly, and there is often fog at the summit.
  • Since the path is dirt and has a considerable slope, if it rains before the trip, there will be an alternative route or activity. Postponing or canceling the trekking activity may also be implemented depending on the weather.

2. Equipment

  • Participants must carefully read the Gear List recommended by we to prepare well for the trip.
  • We suggests that you carry a backpack weighing no more than 2kg while climbing. Preparing a 10L backpack to carry water, food, and a few personal items. Clothes for changing after trekking and paddle boarding (SUP) will be left at the glamping site before heading up the mountain.

3. Food/Drinks

  • The picnic meal on the mountain will consist of basic food like sandwich-style bread or sticky rice with savory items, and there will be fruit for dessert.
  • Water will be adequately provided in the vehicle and during the trek. Umove Adventure encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products; therefore, we suggest that you bring a reusable water bottle to refill from the larger containers we provide.

4. Protecting the environment together

  • We supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây
  • In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.
  • On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.

5. Medical assistance

  • If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip.
  • In any case, if you go into the water to swim, you must wear a life jacket.
