IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Hiking Notes

  • Suitability: Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and an interest in nature. No previous trekking experience is required, although participants should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and climbing stairs. Recommended for ages 10 and above.
  • Safety Notes: Swimming is only permitted at designated areas in Ngu Ho (Five Lakes) and should always follow the guide's instructions. Trails may become slippery after rain, so extra care is required on rocks, steps, and stream crossings. The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and the operational status of the national park to ensure the safety of all participants.
