ITINERARY

OPTION 1: BEN BAC – LONG BIEN BRIDGE ROUTE

13:00 Pick up at the meeting point and transfer to Bac Wharf, our scenic starting point.

13:20 Arrive at Bac Wharf. Inflate the SUPs, do a quick warm-up, and receive a comprehensive safety and paddling technique briefing from our expert guide.

14:00 Launch your boards and paddle downstream toward the historic Long Bien Bridge. Along the way, we will stop at a pristine riverbank for a refreshing swim in the river.

17:00 Dock at a beautiful sandbar right beneath Long Bien Bridge. Relax, unwind, and enjoy cold drinks with light snacks while watching the magical sunset over this historical Hanoi landmark.

18:30 Paddle pick-up point, board the vehicle, and transfer back to the original drop-off point. End of the tour.

OPTION 2: BEN BAC – TWO LADIES TEMPLE ROUTE

13:00 Pick up at the meeting point and transfer to Bac Wharf, where our adventure begins.

13:20 Arrive at Bac Wharf. Inflate the SUPs, warm up, and listen to detailed safety and paddling instructions from our expert guide.

14:00 Launch your boards and enjoy a relaxing paddle downstream toward the modern Nhat Tan Bridge.

16:00 Stop at a scenic riverbank to relax, unwind, and enjoy cold drinks with light snacks while watching the magical sunset shifting over the river.

17:30 Paddle back to the wharf, board the vehicle, and transfer back to the original drop-off point. End of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Paddle boarding notes.

  • Pre-Trip Briefing: Before hitting the water, all participants must attend a safety and technical briefing covering basic paddling techniques, equipment usage, and river safety.
  • Mandatory Safety Gear: For your absolute safety, life jackets and safety leashes must be worn properly at all times while on the water.
  • River Navigation: Stay alert and maintain a safe distance from river hazards such as tree branches, submerged rocks, and debris. Please stay close to the riverbank and give way to motorized boats operating on the river.
  • Guide Compliance: Strictly follow all navigation routes, signals, and instructions given by your tour guides throughout the journey.

  • Leave No Trace: We strictly follow and promote the Leave No Trace principles in all our outdoor programs. We encourage our guests and partners to apply these ethics to minimize our impact on the natural environment. 
  • Local Regulations: We kindly ask all guests to comply with the specific environmental regulations and instructions provided by our guides at the destination.

3. Health & Safety

  • Medical Considerations: Your safety is our priority. If you have a history of cardiovascular conditions or chronic joint issues (knees, ankles, shoulders, etc.), please consult with your doctor before booking this trip.
  • Physical Fitness: Please maintain a regular walking routine of approximately 5–7 km per day in the weeks leading up to the tour to ensure you are adequately prepared for the trek.
  • Transparency: Please inform our tour guide of any existing health conditions or allergies at the start of the journey so we can support you best.
