ITINERARY

Our tour guide and motorbike driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in downtown Hanoi. You’ll ride comfortably on the back of the bike. Before we hit the road, your guide will provide a brief safety and tour orientation.

Choose your adventure: Select your preferred itinerary from the exciting options below:

Option 1: Hanoi Classic City Tour

Step back in time to explore Hanoi’s rich history at the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, built in the 11th century. Next, visit Quan Su Pagoda, the historic headquarters of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. Shift from spiritual landmarks to the vibrant energy of daily life at the bustling Thinh Yen Flea Market. Afterward, take a break to savor an authentic local treat at a traditional Hanoi eatery. After a short rest, hop back on the bike to weave through the legendary 36 Old Streets before wrapping up your journey at Dong Xuan Market—one of the city’s oldest and largest trading hubs—perfect for some local shopping.

* Note: The itinerary is completely customizable. You can choose your preferred attractions or let our expert guide recommend the best spots for you.

Option 2: West Lake Route

Cruise along the entire 17km shoreline of West Lake, either driving your own motorbike or riding comfortably on the backseat. Along the way, immerse yourself in Hanoi’s spiritual heritage with 3 to 4 stops at historic lakeside landmarks, such as the Tran Quoc, Tu Lien, or Tao Sach pagodas, and the sacred Phu Tay Ho or Mau Lieu Hanh temples.

Take a relaxing break at a cozy lakeside café to savor authentic Vietnamese coffee or tea while catching the cool breeze. This route is especially magical during Spring and Autumn, when the lake is bathed in golden sunshine and a poetic atmosphere. To top it off, treat yourself to a famous local snack or light bite of traditional Hanoi cuisine.

* Note: Like all our tours, the stops and local snack are completely flexible and tailored to your preferences.

Option 3: Bat Trang Ceramics Village & Outskirts Route

Escape the bustling city center for a scenic ride into Hanoi’s peaceful suburban landscapes and its most iconic historic craft hub. Perfect for those seeking a hands-on cultural adventure, this motorbike journey takes you through local traffic, across the Red River, and straight into the tranquil rhythm of countryside life.
Our destination is the 700-year-old Bat Trang Pottery Village. Here, you will weave through narrow, brick-paved alleys lined with unique architecture and historic walls covered in drying coal cakes—a fascinating, time-honored village sight. Next, we’ll visit a local family workshop to watch master artisans expertly shape, paint, and glaze beautiful ceramics by hand. Finally, it’s your turn to get creative! Hop onto a traditional pottery wheel to craft and decorate your very own ceramic souvenir under the guidance of local experts.

* Note: Your tour features a scenic riverside ride, a relaxing break for traditional coffee or tea, and a delicious light snack of authentic local cuisine before we head back to your hotel.
