ITINERARY
Con Son Island - Bay Canh Island - Tai Island - Con Son Island

This half-day program is available in either a morning or an afternoon departure, depending on your preferred schedule.

Morning Departure

08:00 Meet our guide at 36 Ton Duc Thang Street and transfer to the speedboat departure point.

08:30 Depart by speedboat to Bay Canh Island.

Upon arrival, visit the sea turtle interpretation area, see the turtle incubation site, and learn more about the life cycle of sea turtles as well as Con Dao National Park’s conservation work. Continue with a short walk through the mangrove forest.

10:00 Continue by speedboat to Tai Island. Along the way, guests can enjoy sea views and hear an introduction to the island’s marine ecology and notable natural features.

10:30 Snorkeling and swimming session at the coral reef area around Tai Island.

12:00 Return to the main island. Transfer back and end of the program.

Afternoon Departure

13:30 Meet our guide at 36 Ton Duc Thang Street and transfer to the speedboat departure point.

14:00 Depart by speedboat to Bay Canh Island.

Visit the sea turtle interpretation area, the incubation site, and the mangrove forest, then continue onward to Tai Island.

16:00 Snorkeling and swimming session in the coral reef area.

17:30 Return to the main island. End of the program.

1. Trip Notes

  • Distance: The route is approximately 2 to 3 km
  • Terrain: Bay Canh Island (covering 683 hectares) is the second-largest island in the Con Dao archipelago, notable for its pristine ecosystem. Its distinctive terrain consists of two land masses connected by a sandbar in the middle (Bai Cat Lon), covered by dense tropical forest and a mangrove system that has developed on a foundation of dead coral.
  • Suitability: This route is ideal for most fitness levels, including beginners. Families are welcome, children from 6 to 10 years old are eligible to participate.
