ITINERARY
Day 1 night: Hanoi – Sleeper Bus – Phong Nha

16:30 Arrive at the pickup point and board the sleeper bus to Phong Nha. Overnight on the bus.

Day 2: Phong Nha – Sinh Ton Valley – Hang Vang – Hang E – Phong Nha

03:30 Arrive in Phong Nha. The group will go to the hotel to store luggage and rest in a dorm room.

07:30 Have breakfast and coffee in Phong Nha.

08:30 Transfer to the trekking starting point in Sinh Ton Valley.

09:30 Arrive at the operation center. Receive a briefing and prepare for the trip before starting the 3 km trek through Sinh Ton Valley.

11:00 Arrive at Hang Vang. Explore the cave and enjoy a light snack.

12:00 Continue trekking to Hang E.

12:30 Arrive at Hang E. Have lunch at the cave entrance.

13:30 Begin the SUP journey inside the cave. Hang E is a water cave about 2 km long, and we will use SUP boards to explore it. One of the most special highlights of the experience is the moment of “silence in the darkness” — everyone turns off their lights and lies still on the SUP board to fully feel the quietness of the cave.

16:30 Return to the cave entrance. Enjoy swimming, relaxing, and taking photos.

17:00 Leave Hang E and trek back to the pickup point.

18:00 Arrive at the pickup point. Return to Phong Nha, check in to the hotel, shower, and rest.

19:30 Have dinner at a local restaurant.

* If hotel rooms are available early in the morning, guests may check in immediately upon arrival. Otherwise, the group will rest temporarily in a dorm room.

* The Sinh Ton Valley – Hang Vang – Hang E trekking trip is operated by Moc Nam Adventure, a local partner of Umove Adventure in Phong Nha.

Day 3: Phong Nha – Cycling to Hava Valley – Da Nhay Beach – Overnight Bus to Hanoi

08:00 Have breakfast and coffee at the hotel.

09:00 Receive your bicycle and begin cycling to Hava Valley, a water-sports destination located along the Chay River. This 15 km cycling route takes you through peaceful villages along the Son River and Chay River. Along the way, you will cross the river by ferry and suspension bridge before reaching Hava after around 2 hours of cycling.

11:00 Arrive at Hava Valley and enjoy a range of exciting activities such as SUP, kayaking, water slides, zipline, and more.

12:30 Have lunch at Hava Valley.

14:00 Return by vehicle to the hotel in Phong Nha to collect your luggage, then continue the journey to Da Nhay Beach for swimming and dinner.

19:00 Have dinner at Da Nhay Beach.

21:00 Board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.

Day 4: Arrive in Hanoi

04:30 Arrive in Hanoi. End of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Trekking, cycling & SUP paddling Notes

  • Distance: The trekking route is approximately 6 km per day, 15 km for cycling and 3 km for paddling.
  • Terrain: Our trekking route is relatively easy, with a short walking duration and well-defined trails. The terrain has minimal elevation gain and mainly consists of gravel and rocky paths, requiring only a basic level of physical fitness. Along the cycling route, we will pass through peaceful and picturesque villages set beside calm and tranquil rivers.
  • Suitability: This route is ideal for most fitness levels, including beginners. Children under the age of 12 are not suitable for this trip.
  • While paddling on the river, please be mindful to avoid obstacles such as tree branches and rocks, and remain aware of other watercraft navigating the same waterway. Note that if you are a confident swimmer with solid paddling experience, you may remove your life jacket and secure it on the SUP; however, wearing a safety leash is strictly mandatory at all times.
  • Our trekking route is relatively easy, with a short walking duration and well-maintained trails. However, participants are still required to wear appropriate sports shoes or hiking footwear to ensure a safe and comfortable walk through the forest.

2. Acommodation.

  • If rooms are available early in the morning, you may check in upon arrival and rest immediately. Otherwise, you will temporarily stay in a dormitory room.

  • Reduce Plastic Waste: To limit single-use plastics, we encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle (minimum 1L capacity). Refill stations will be provided throughout the trip.
  • Local Regulations: We kindly ask all guests to comply with the specific environmental regulations and instructions provided by our guides at the destination.

4. Health & Safety

  • Medical Considerations: Your safety is our priority. If you have a history of cardiovascular conditions or chronic joint issues (knees, ankles, shoulders, etc.), please consult with your doctor before booking this trip.
  • Physical Fitness: Please maintain a regular walking routine of approximately 5–7 km per day in the weeks leading up to the tour to ensure you are adequately prepared for the trek.
  • Transparency: Please inform our tour guide of any existing health conditions or allergies at the start of the journey so we can support you best.
